I had planned to announce my start to Yoga this week and a training session at the gym. I have to give myself a couple days to recover from a nasty bout with bronchitis first. Hopefully Saturday I can tackle some yoga after getting some medicine and rest in me.
Tomorrow I will be checking yoga schedule at the gym and setting a schedule as to what days I will attend. Making a definite plan reigns supreme over "I will go three days a week whenever I can make it".
Tomorrow night, my daughter and I will be trying some roasted vegetables. We are having fresh broccoli, mushrooms, and carrots roasted with olive oil, lemon, and garlic. If they turn out delicious, I'll post the recipe.
